One-to-one (Mum to Reflexologist) - £20 per session x 3 weeks = £60

For Mother and Baby /NCT groups or if any Mum would like to organise a group of "Mum friends" at her home (maximum 6) - £10 per session per person x 3 weeks = £30
(total payable on 1st session)

Indian Head Massage - £20

Q What evidence is there to validate Reflexology?
...There has only been limited research so far but this is slowly changing. Some recent studies in Denmark have found that:

• nearly 75% of 220 patients suffering from headaches experienced better health with Reflexology and 68% of the migraine sufferers felt that their problem had been helped. By the end of the study 19% had stopped taking medication


• The Danish Post Office employed a full time Reflexologist for a year and reported a saving of around £110,000 a year due to a 13.3% reduction in sickness and absenteeism
