Baby Reflex is a short course for you to learn some simple Reflexology techniques. Mums/Dads (& Grandparents welcome too!) are then able to use these techniques on their own babies.

Q How can I learn Baby Reflex...?
.... Baby Reflex courses are always taught by a qualified Reflexologist. I have qualified at a specialist Baby Reflex course.
The Baby Reflex course is taught in three "hands-on" sessions approximately an hour a week - broken down into "bite-size" sequences which are pertinent for the younger baby.
It is best to practice these techniques during the sessions either on a friend/relation or if no one is available to come along with you, I have some plastic squidgy baby feet available to initially practice the moves. Mums can then carry out the techniques on their OWN babies at home.
If childcare is a problem during these sessions, you are welcome to bring your baby along. At the end of the hour's session, I can guide you through working on your baby.

The sessions are structured in "easy to manage" chunks spread over 3 weeks. Mums will learn techniques in the first session and be able to go home and "work" with their own baby. Sessions two and three will be a refresher plus learning more new techniques and "tailoring" the treatment for your own individual baby.
Q How old does my baby have to be to enjoy Baby Reflex...?
... Any age between 6 weeks old to two years old. Some toddlers over two years old still enjoy Baby Reflex on the feet (if you can catch them!)or Baby Reflex on the hands.

Q Do you offer Baby Reflexology as well...?
Yes I do... if you would prefer not to learn these techniques yourself, I also treat babies and toddlers. Ideal for helping with colic, teething, catarrah and sleeping, etc! Sessions are much shorter as "little ones" respond quickly to treatments.
